As Chief Revenue Officer, Ryan leads the Revenue team, who focus on law firm development, medical provider development, marketing, sales, partnerships, and growth strategy initiatives. He is accountable for growing current business and developing new markets and partnerships across the entire ecosystem of plaintiff medical and plaintiff funding products and services.
Ryan and his teams collaborate across the organization to ensure consistent service delivery and, thanks to his efforts and leadership, Libra has exceeded its goals the past three years in a row.
Ryan has more than 20 years of leadership experience in revenue, service delivery, and product development—with deep expertise in tech-enabled solutions for healthcare revenue cycle management. He is also adept at integrating different business units and functions into cohesive, collaborative teams.
Ryan joined Libra in 2020 as the EVP and General Manager of Key Health and MoveDocs and moved into the Libra CRO role in April of 2024. He holds a BS in Business Administration – Finance from the University of Southern California and serves on several community boards in Palos Verdes, CA, where he calls home.
